We are in-network with all employer sponsored UHC plans. At this time we are not in-network with Marketplace UHC plans (ones that you may have purchased on your own). But we are working hard to change that, so please let us know if you have one of those plans.

UHC plans will cover the following products/services with us:

• Prenatal visit(s) at any point in pregnancy
• Unlimited postpartum visits, in home or in office (home visits subject to schedule availability)
• Pump flanges - 1 set per office visit
• Pump adapters - 1 set per office visit (adapters include flange inserts or two piece flange set bases)
